I'm a healthy lifestyle advocate working to bring hope to women using tools focused on my experience, faith and Greek heritage. Together we can change unhealthy habits of thinking that stand in the way of becoming a healthier version of ourselves in body, mind, spirit, and heart.

It can be easy to know what to do, but sometimes the hard part is knowing how to do it, and to have the motivation and drive to follow through.  Having someone invested in your journey to walk along side you, to partner with you, and to guide you is a big differentiator in your long-term success.  I offer Personal Coaching based on your individual goals in addition to Women's Retreats, Bible Studies and Healthy Lifestyle Resources like my Be the Light Newsletter.  Join me for one or a few of these programs that can help change your current situation by working on your habits and thinking.

my approach is different

Growing up with the influence of a Greek family gave me some unique perspectives. Life in Greece is not only healthy, in my opinion, it's more peaceful, vibrant, and connected to faith. I use food, family, travel, and a Christian community in my coaching. Life is meant to be lived, and true health does not come from diet and exercise alone!

Regardless of where you are, I am here to help.  Sometimes, the assistance comes from guidance on your nutrition and fitness. Other times, it is part of a spiritual journey that involves prayer and mindset shifts.  Often, it is all wrapped up and intertwined together.  My specialty is working with those people who want to transform their lifestyle mentally and spiritually. Surrounding yourself with a community of like-minded women is key!
